The Optima Collective CIC was established in 2025, built on the collective experience of a team with deep roots in psychotherapy, career counselling, public health, youth work, and facilitation. We support individuals and groups through moments of challenge, change, and growth. With both professional training and lived experience at the core, we bring a grounded, compassionate approach to everything we do, creating meaningful spaces for reflection, connection, and transformation.
