Jill is a qualified therapist and licensed career counsellor with a passion for helping people make confident, meaningful decisions about their future. With qualifications in therapeutic and career counselling, she supports individuals to better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and build confidence and self-esteem.
She created the myVOISS™ framework to guide people through self-reflection and empower them to build purposeful, fulfilling lives.
Jill’s own journey has shaped her approach; having experienced periods of feeling lost and uncertain, she understands the power of finding clarity, direction, and self-belief. Her work is grounded in empathy, offering a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore, grow, and take confident steps towards a positive future. Jill is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP 413385)

Jen brings warmth, empathy, and lived experience to her work, helping others feel safe to reflect, grow, and take steps forward.
As a qualified counsellor and experienced facilitator, Jen has spent years supporting people on journeys of personal growth and recovery. Her own experience with addiction gives her a deep understanding of what it means to rebuild from the inside out and how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and supported along the way.
With a degree in Public Health and Epidemiology, Jen bridges the worlds of personal and community wellbeing. At The Optima Collective, she helps create therapeutic spaces where people can explore who they are, build resilience, and move towards the life they want to live. Jen is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy

Jaymie blends creativity, compassion, and therapeutic support to help people reconnect with themselves and their potential.
Jaymie’s journey has taken her from music teaching and youth work in Pupil Referral Units to training as a therapist; and throughout, her focus has remained the same: helping young people and adults feel valued, empowered, and understood.
With a rich background in creative education and mental health support, Jaymie uses connection and creativity to engage people who’ve often been left behind or underestimated.
Her work at The Optima Collective centres on creating safe, inspiring spaces where people can explore who they are, express themselves freely, and take meaningful steps forward. Jaymie is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
