Find Your Voice is a five-week creative wellbeing course designed to help you connect with yourself and others through music, lyrics and creative expression.

Each workshop combines listening, discussion and creative activities, together with concepts from psychology. 

This is a relaxed, welcoming environment where there’s no pressure to perform or share more than you feel comfortable with. There’s no need for any musical or artistic experience, and all genres and music tastes are welcome! 

Who is it for?
Open to anyone aged 18+ with an interest in music, creativity or personal reflection.

• 1.5 hours per session

• Small group (up to 18 participants)

The Trust provides community, mental health and learning disability services to the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield, alongside some medium secure (forensic) services to the whole of Yorkshire and the Humber and is committed to the use of creative approaches in health services.

As a partner we are part of a growing network of community organisations who are working in partnership with the local NHS to provide creative projects and opportunities for people who use services at the Trust, their carers and local communities.
